Compliance Technician (CT)

Orion Registrar is based in Arvada which is located in Denver, Colorado.

Role Overview:

The Compliance Technician is primarily accountable for:

  • Ensuring support is given to the Amtivo ANAB Hub including Key Stakeholders for the execution of the service delivery.
  • The execution of extremely slick contract review, audit report decisions and auditor competency management processes.

Accountabilities:

Planning:

  • Support the Compliance Director in maintaining appropriate technical and professional training and development plans for all auditors to support the ongoing needs of the business.
  • Pro-actively develop and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Compliance Director and Senior Compliance Technician and key internal stakeholders to ensure all agents are proactively monitored.

Delivering:

  • Maintain constant vigilance of emerging compliance management system risks and opportunities particularly with regards changing accreditation body requirements and implementation of changes to product/service offerings by AMTIVO minimising risk to the business and ensuring targets are met.

Reporting:

  • Provide appropriate reports, general feedback and performance statistics on the key compliance management system processes as directed by the Compliance Director to support the ongoing needs of the business.

Resourcing:

  • Highlight any opportunities for knowledge development across operational teams and ensure sufficient competent resources are available to provide a robust compliance management system, including effective and efficient contract reviews, audit report decisions, client certificate updates and auditor recruitment.
