Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Lead Auditor Trainer to deliver comprehensive in-person and virtual training sessions, equipping professionals with expertise in various ISO standards, including but not limited to ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary while playing a pivotal role in the creation, development and maintenance of Lead Auditor courses tailored to meet the diverse requirements of ISO standards.
Accountabilities:
Planning
- Develop training materials, including presentations, case studies, interactive exercises and assessments, per industry standards and best practice,
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training content based on feedback and industry developments,
- Work with the Training Team to create and maintain the Annual Training Schedule.
Delivering
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, catering to diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds,
- Provide expert guidance to participants, offering insights into auditing methodologies, techniques and regulatory requirements,
- Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing complex auditing concepts and inquiries from participants and colleagues.
Reporting
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations and technologies in auditing to ensure training materials remain current and relevant,
- Monitor feedback to ensure we maintain our Feefo Award for Excellence & Trusted Service.
Resourcing
- As required, assist with the training or upskilling of other trainers.

- Best in class customer feedback for quality.
Context:
The focus of this role will be:
- Developing the portfolio of Lead Auditor courses, in line with industry requirements,
- Delivering the portfolio of Lead Auditor courses,
- Maintaining the standard of the training courses.

- Meticulous planner and well organised,
- Professional, clear and considerate in their communication,
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- CQA and IRCA Certified,
- Proven track record of delivering Lead Auditor courses,
- A Level 3 (minimum) training qualification such as PTTLs or Train the Trainer,
- Lead Auditor qualifications in ISO 9001, 4001, 27001, 45001 etc.,
- Proficient in instructional design and e-learning tools as well as experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
