Susan has extensive Finance experience in Private Equity Portfolio owned business (Telecommunications, Retail/Ecommerce, Ticketing and Veterinary) and has sold three businesses, two to private equity and one to trade.

Her extensive experience in acquisitions and integration is focused on aligning the Finance function with AMTIVO’s transformation to a centralised, tech-enabled model that delivers world-class ISO certification to all sizes of customer, across a broadening international footprint.

Susan enjoys building and motivating the Finance Team, to ensure the right people, processes and information are in place to inform decision making in real-time, becoming a trusted commercial partner for the rest of the business.
