Nick is a highly accomplished professional with 15 years of experience working in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) Sector within multinational organisations. His expertise lies in providing strategic leadership and driving operational excellence across diverse geographical regions.

Nick previously held prominent positions at NQA, a division of Element Material Technology, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing NQA’s activities across EMEA, India, and APAC. His responsibilities included serving as the Managing Director (EMEA & India), Operations Director (EMEA & India), and India General Manager. In these roles, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and successfully propelled business growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Prior to his tenure at NQA, Nick held senior commercial development positions at Certsure LLP (NICEIC). He was responsible for managing various business units, including certification, insurance, retail, and training. His contributions in these roles were instrumental in maximising business opportunities, streamlining operations, and driving overall organisational success.

Currently, Nick serves as the Chief of Staff, leveraging his cross-functional expertise to ensure the smooth execution of key projects and the realisation of value creation priorities within the organisation. His strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments make him an invaluable asset in aligning business objectives and achieving desired outcomes.

Nick holds a BSc and an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School, further solidifying his knowledge and strategic acumen. With his extensive industry experience, proven leadership capabilities, and academic background, Nick consistently delivers exceptional results and contributes to the overall success of the organisation.
