Paul has extensive international experience transforming service businesses into technology enabled product businesses, most recently as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer of Study Group and before that as Chief Product Officer and Group Commercial Director of SHL. Paul started his career in Management Consulting which gave him exposure to a wide range of commercial product related strategic challenges and sparked his interest in the use of technology to transform businesses and improve products for clients.
In his roles with Study Group and SHL, Paul worked with private equity investors (Providence Equity Partners and Hg Capital respectively) to develop and execute product strategies to drive significant revenue growth.
As Chief Revenue Officer of BAB, he will lead the integration of acquired portfolio companies, drive sales and revenue growth of the Certification business and manage the client transition to new technology-enabled Certification products.
