This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated person to join our expanding FP&A team.

Role Overview

This role will require someone to take ownership of Amtivo’s annual product pricing review, supporting the Amtivo Analytics Team and Head of FP&A in the successful planning and delivery of the Group strategy and budgeting process, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure commercial targets and goals are achieved.

Core responsibilities

Planning:

  • Lead on the planning and execution of the annual product pricing review, working closely with key stakeholders including the Commercial team, Head of FP&A, and third-party advisors to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Implement a data-led approach to optimising pricing across the group, working with external consultants and internal stakeholders. This involves understanding both customer behaviours and internal incentives that influence price, customer conversion and retention. Propose pricing improvements continuously through the year
  • Plan and implement regular reviews of product performance vs budget, supported by the Head of FP&A, highlighting market opportunities and challenges.

Delivering:

  • Deliver best practise processes on pricing and margin improvement techniques to maximise commercial opportunities across the Group.
  • Implement a pricing structure that can be used to provide product pricing reviews across the Group.
  • Use BI tools to predict future revenue across the Group suite of products.

Reporting:

  • Identify, and report on opportunities for cross-selling of the suite of Amtivo products, including software products and add on services.
  • Develop and maintain the financial model, effectively utilising business systems.
  • Monitor and report on KPI’s, quantifying their impact on future commercial performance and communicate effectively to key stakeholders within the Group.

Resourcing:

  • Successfully lead the analytics team, developing core skills and identifying training needs to increase individual and team capabilities that support the ongoing needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with the Technology and BI teams on ways of improving the Group data coverage and increasing visibility across the tech platforms.

Context

The role is accountable through the business cycle for:

  • Execute effective annual product pricing reviews for the Group that drive the growth and success of the business, increasing sales and margins.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the Group to understand where opportunities exist for cross pollination of core Group products.
  • Supporting the Head of FP&A in the ongoing delivery of business-critical reports, including the forecast and budget.

Success criteria

  • Successfully plans and executes the annual Group product pricing review, reducing the reliance on external resources.
  • Leads and develops the analytics team enabling skills and capacity that meets the ongoing needs of the business and its targets and objectives.
  • Identifies trends and opportunities to optimise sales and margins across the suite of products within the Group.
