British Assessment Bureau Retains Coveted ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award’ from Feefo for the Third Year Running

ISO certification experts British Assessment Bureau have received the coveted Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses that continually deliver exceptional customer experiences.

To qualify for Platinum status, businesses must have achieved the gold standard of service for three consecutive years. Feefo requires a service rating of at least 4.5 to ensure that a high level of service is being provided consistently over a sustained period of time.

Platinum Award recognises excellence in customer service

How businesses are scored

Each client is invited to provide a review of their experience each time they complete initial certification or an annual audit with us. They submit their reviews via Feefo’s independent service, which is then tracked across the year to provide us with our rating as a score out of 5 (stars).

What the scores mean

A score of 4 out of 5 or higher is considered good. Businesses that achieve a score of at least 4.5 in any one calendar year earn a Gold Trusted Service Award. To achieve ‘Platinum’ status a business needs to earn the Gold Award for three consecutive years, which BAB has been doing consistently for the past 4 years.
