Amtivo Group is delighted to announce an expansion of its product portfolio through the acquisition of First4Safety Ltd.

Established in 2005, First4Safety is a leader in the provision of online Health & Safety training courses. The company’s online training platform provides clients with flexible and efficient training solutions allowing them to fulfil their H&S requirements through remote delivery and an online exam process that delivers on client expectations in a post-Covid environment.

The acquisition is the seventeenth made by Amtivo Group in the last four years and supports the Group’s strategy of driving tech-enablement of management system certification and related services in the TIC sector.
