Amtivo Group is delighted to announce the completion of a deal which sees US-based Orion Registrar join the Amtivo portfolio, providing the Group with access to the strategically-important Americas market.
Founded in 1994, Orion Registrar specialises in ANAB-accredited ISO, AS (Aerospace) and Recycling standards from its base in Arvada, Colorado. Paul Burck, President of Orion commented “For more than 20 years I have been in charge of Orion Registrar, building it from one lead, with the support of an outstanding team, to become one of the larger independent certification bodies in the Americas. This deal with Amtivo Group, which provides access to a strong international network, presents opportunities for our staff and our auditors to benefit from being part of a much larger organisation. It also provides our clients with a wider range of services to support their own objectives.”
Since 2018, Amtivo Group has completed more than a dozen acquisitions under CEO, Mike Tims. Commenting on the latest deal, Mike said “Over the past 3 years we have successfully rolled the UK operations of seven certification bodies into our UK-based platform, British Assessment Bureau, trebling the size of the business. Today’s announcement is the first step in our plan to replicate that success with Orion in the US.”
